WorldPay Merchant’s (Pine Cove Payment Processor) Terms and Conditions

I authorize WorldPay Merchant to charge any credit/debit/bank account payments to my credit/debit/bank account on the payment date(s) indicated above. If  WorldPay Merchant is unable to secure funds from my credit/debit card(s) or my bank for any reason, including, but not limited to, insufficient funds in my credit/debit card or bank account or insufficient or inaccurate information provided by me when submitting my electronic payment, WorldPay Merchants may undertake further collection action, including application of fees to the extent permitted by law. You may save and/or print this payment confirmation.

Pine Cove’s Deposit and Refund Policy

1. Youth Camp Registrations:

Deposit: Youth Camp registrations require a $400 non-refundable deposit for one week sessions at time of registration and a $600 non-refundable deposit for two-week sessions at time of registration. 

Refunds: Any cancellation before the end of day April 1st, will be refunded everything but the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations after April 1st all paid funds toward your tuition are non refundable. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis depending on the likelihood of an empty camp spot, the circumstances of the camper, and availability of spots.

2. Family Camp Registrations:

Deposit: Family Camp registrations require a $800 non-refundable deposit at time of registration.

Refunds: Any cancellation before the end of day March 1st will be refunded everything but the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations after March 1st, all funds paid toward your tuition are non-refundable. Refunds above the deposit will be considered based on our ability to fill the cabin with a family from the waiting list.

3. Pine Cove City Registrations:

Deposit: Pine Cove City Registrations require a $40 non-refundable deposit at time of registration.

Refunds: Any cancellation before the end of day May 1st,  will be refunded everything but the non-refundable deposit.  For cancellations after May 1st all paid funds toward your tuition are non refundable. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis depending on the likelihood of an empty camp spot, the circumstances of the camper, and availability of spots.

4. New Years Family Weekend Registrations:

Deposit: New Years Family Weekend registrations require a $300 non-refundable deposit at time of registration. 

Refunds: Any cancellation before November 1st, will be refunded everything but the non-refundable deposit.  For cancellations after November 1st all paid funds toward your tuition are non refundable. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis depending on the likelihood of an empty camp spot, the circumstances of the camper, and availability of spots. 

For Overnight Youth Camper(s) Registration ONLY:

• Automatic Pre-registration: All Overnight Youth Camp registrations will automatically be pre-registered the week after your scheduled date for the subsequent summer. The registration will be for the same Pine Cove defined week as the current summer and will be automatically placed on a monthly payment plan. Charges will automatically process on the first of every month unless you make alternate arrangements with registration or you choose to cancel your registration renewal for the subsequent summer. You may receive a full refund for any funds paid before September 15th.  After September 15th, the normal cancellation policies apply (see Youth Camp Registrations: Deposit and Refund above).

Household Credits for All Registrations:

Funds in Household Credit are non refundable and are only eligible to be used as a credit toward a future event within the same calendar year. 

Grievance Procedure:

Pine Cove values the opinions, suggestions, concerns, questions and/or grievances from our campers about our policies, personnel, and/or other matters impacting our ministry. We have provided several communication channels on our Contact Us page on our website to reach us, including anonymously if desired. Please allow 10-15 business days for us to investigate and respond.
